Funeral services for Brady Booker will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022, in the sanctuary of Medina First United Methodist Church with Rev. Steven Fonville officiating. Burial will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Visitation with the Booker family will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 4 until 7 p.m. at Medina First United Methodist Church and on Friday from 11 a.m. until service time at the church.

Brady, age 5, passed away Friday, March 25, 2022, in Dickson, TN.

Brady was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Patty Booker.

He is survived by his parents, Brennan and Leslie (Smith) Booker; sister, Audrey Booker; paternal grandfather, Steve Booker; maternal grandparents, Tom and Helen Smith; uncles, Jason “Uncle J” Smith, Darren Booker; aunts, Alana Woomer, Shanna Wilbanks; great-uncle and aunts, Johnny “UJ” and Lisa Simons, Billy and Linda Simons, Anne Simons.

Those honoring Brady as pallbearers will be: Brennan Booker, Tom Smith, Jason Smith, Darren Booker, Will Parrish, Roger Bailey.
