Danny Gerald Anderson

Funeral services for Mr. Danny Anderson will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Lighthouse Church in Jackson with Pastor Donald Lance officiating. Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery in Henderson County. Visitation with the family will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Lighthouse Church and again on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time.

Mr. Anderson, 77, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

He was born in Henderson County, TN to the late Menton and Edith (Gabbard) Anderson. Danny was a graduate of MTSU where he obtained his Masters Degree in Aerospace Education. Danny and his wife were also owners of Blue Goose Blinds & Shutters. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Rex Anderson.

Dan is survived by his wife, Debby (Tharp) Anderson; son, Jeremy Andrew Anderson and wife Ashley; sister, Trudy Bledsoe and husband Donnie.
