Frank was born in Trenton, TN to Don Ingram and Teresa Schoonover Trull.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Tommy Ingram; step-father, Johnnie Trull.

He is survived by his mother, Teresa Trull; fiancée, Kristie Rodgers; half-sister, Cindy Williams (Darrell); step-mom, Joan Ingram; step-sisters, Brandy Frame, Crissy Tucker, Kelly Mitchell; step-brother, Chris Trull; niece, Jordan Williams; aunt, Joyce Brown; uncle, Tim Ingram.
