Funeral services for Mrs. Jane Mayfield will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, May 15, 2022, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Nickey McMinn officiating. Burial will follow in Hope Hill Cemetery near Medina.  Visitation with the family will be held Sunday from 1 P.M. till service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mayfield, age 72, passed away surrounded by family and friends Friday, May 13, 2022, at her daughters home near Bradford, TN.

Jane was born in Paris, TN to the late Aaron Todd and Martha Hoggard Copeland. She graduated from Palmersville High School, Class of 1969.  For 44 years Jane worked as a hairdresser in the Milan area.  She was a former President of the National Cosmetology Association, member of National Pen Women Association, advisory board member of the Carls Perkins Center, local community volunteer, and member of Milan First Baptist Church. She loved flowers and spent many hours growing, painting, arranging, and crafting with them.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 41 years, Dennis Van Mayfield; brother- in-law, Russell Mayfield.

She is survived by her daughter, Jana Connell and husband Anthony; step-mother, Martha Sims Todd; step-daughters, Mona McCage, Rhonda Smith and husband David; brother, Mike Todd and wife Melanie; sister, Beverly Donoho; sister-in-law, Margo Mayfield; grandchildren, Brian Connell, Nick Connell; step- grandchildren, Jay, Jennifer, Danae, and Emily; great-grandchildren, Oaklynn and Owen; six step-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and special caregiver, Holly Hardee.

Pallbearers to serve are Kurt Parham, Ben Bradberry, Jamie Kemp, Brody Kemp, Marty Moore, and Jeff Mayfield.
