Jerry Dale Jones

Mr. Jerry Jones, 79, passed away at his home on Saturday, January 29, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born in Missouri to the late David Timan Jones and Dorothy Lula Bedwell Jones. Mr. Jerry was a veteran of the U. S. Marines and was retired as a professional truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Violet Miles; brothers, David Jones and Jack Jones.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Karen Elaine Tipton Jones; son, David Jones and wife Jennifer; brother, Terry Jones; brother-in-law, Eugene Miles; sisters-in-law, Carmella Jones and Kathleen Jones; grandchildren, J. D. Jones and wife Becca, Jordan Jones; special friend, Jennifer Boston; great-grandchild, Adalyn Jones.

Private family services will be held for Mr. Jones. Burial will be in Wards Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
