Services for Mrs. Katie M. (Bland) Allbritton will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, July 3, in Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Landon Mason officiating. Burial will follow at Centerville Cemetery in Medina. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Allbritton, age 85, passed away Wed. June 28, 2017, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was born to Willie Sherrod & Elvie May (Alford) Bland on February 9, 1932 in Friendship, Dyer Co., TN
After retiring from A & P Bakery in Chicago, she and her husband Bill moved to Medina where she was a homemaker. A favorite pastime was being outside in her flower and vegetable gardens. She was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church near Medina.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William (Bill) Thomas Allbritton; granddaughter, Autum Star Sellers; brothers, Albert & Clyde Bland.
Survivors include daughters Linda (Doug) Berford of AZ, Carolyn (Rick) Lewandowski of NY, Donna (Sam) Smith of TN, and son Larry Sellers, and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Also, her siblings Jean (Bill) Larocque, Bobby (Martha) , Thomas, William (Connie), Carman (Susan), Kenny (Beth) Bland of TN.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, July 2, from 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the funeral home and again on Monday from 9 till 11 A.M.
