Linda Lou White

Linda Lou White, age 78 of Medina, TN, an angel who got her wings on September 11, 2023, passed away unexpectedly at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital after suffering a fall.

Linda was born in Konova, WV to the late Ross White and Alberta (Ross)(White) Hawkins.

Linda was a 1963 Graduate of Scott High School in Madison, WV. She was a majorette at Scott and later at Marshall University.

She loved animals, both great and small, she used to breed and raise miniature dachshunds and became well known in the Houston, Texas area AKC dog shows. Her love for animals and of the series All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot made her pursue and achieve her dream in life in becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician. As well as loving her and her partners' furbabies, she loved auctions, flea markets, browsing animals at the pet store and at the exotic pet expos.

Linda was a breast cancer survivor and enjoyed talking and soothing other patients when she went into Kirkland Cancer Center for her check ups. She especially loved talking to Tammy there.

Linda will be missed dearly by her real life and online family and friends as she was their rock, their light in this darkened world and now their true blessed angel.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Timothy M. Murphy, Glenn T. Kellogg, Jr.

She is survived by her partner of 17 years, Damien Pennycoff; sister, Gayle Henking Asher; Aunt, Margaret Ross; Daughters, Christian Murphy Allen and Lori Murphy McLean (Mike Hamilton); Step Daughter, Renee Love (Chris); grandchildren, Craig Allen, Christian Allen, Summer Guinn (Nate), Triston McLean (Ashley Perez), Kylie McLean (Gustavo Escobedo), Danielle McLean (Sergio Esparza); great-grandchildren, Leia Raven Mendez-Allen, Weston Guinn, Rider McLean, Izzy McLean, Andres Esparza, and one soon to be expected in December; step-granddaughter, Alyssa Love; cousins, Greg Ross (Diane), William Ross, Mary-Joe Crawford (Jeff).

Family and friends will have a celebration of life services at a later date.
