Funeral services for Mr. Ricky Smith will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2020, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Barbara Meussner officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Jackson.

Mr. Smith, age 56, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

He was born in Madison County, TN to the late Willie Hubert Smith and Patricia Ann Buchanan Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Smith, Sr., nephew, James Smith, Jr.

He is survived by his sons, Josh Smith and wife Ashleigh, Justin Smith; step-son, Albert Plodzien; step-daughter, Brandi Plodzien (Paul); brothers, Jonathon Smith, Brian Smith (Emily); sister, Devonna Gage (Timmy); three grandchildren, Lainey, Willow, Bella; a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and on Thursday from 12 p.m. until service time at 1 p.m.

Pallbearers to serve will be: Kevin Smith, Tyler Smith, Caleb Crosnoe, Timothy Gage, Paul Evans, Emanuel Jones.
