Graveside services for Ms. Ann Carey will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Latham’s Chapel Cemetery with Dewayne Vinson officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time at the cemetery.

Ms. Carey, 54, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Ann was born in Humboldt, TN to the late Eddie and Virginia King Payne. She loved serving people and worked as a CNA. She also enjoyed reading and planting flower gardens.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Doyle Ray Carey; brother, Jerry Wayne Payne.

She is survived by her daughters, Shana Carey and Tera Carey; grandchild, Damein Carey; brother, Eddie “Joe” Payne and wife Lisa; sister, Sarah Bryant; several nieces and nephews.
